Age Division: All golfers welcome but must have a current USGA, or Local club handicap established. Teams can be mixed male and female. PGA profesionals may play with a handicap of 0.
Rules:: All players will choose the best tee shot from the foursome. They will all play their own ball in from that spot. Each player will be given a quota of points to
reach based on handicap. Points will be awarded as follows:
0 points - Double Bogey or worse
1 point - Bogey
2 points - Par
4 points - Birdie
8 points - Eagle
The team that scores the best in relation to their quota wins. Prizes will be given for the first 5 places (based on 15 teams) as well as LongDrive and Closest to the Hole contests. All prize money will be run through Cedar Ridge Golf Shop. A total of 30 Teams (120) Players) is the maximum field for this event.
Check-in: All Golf teams need to check in at the Cedar Ridge Golf Course, on Friday, May 30 between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt and other assorted goodies. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.
